Privacy Policy
We believe in transparency. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication details via Google or Apple Sign In. We store your conversation history with Mochi to provide memory features. We do not collect payment information directly — this is handled by Apple.
How we use it
Your conversation history is used solely to provide Mochi’s memory feature. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your conversations to train AI models.
Third party services
Ask Mochi uses Anthropic’s API to generate responses, Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Cloudflare for security and API infrastructure. These providers process information as necessary to deliver their services.
Data retention
You can delete your account and associated conversation history at any time using the Delete Account option in the app’s Settings. For additional privacy requests, contact hello@askmochi.io.
Children
Ask Mochi is intended for users aged 13 and above.
